Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Fighter Strong mobile application ("App") operated by Fighter Strong ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By creating an account or using Fighter Strong, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Fighter Strong is a mobile fitness application that provides users with a structured pull-up training program based on the 30-Day Fighter Pullup Program. The App includes:
To use Fighter Strong, you must create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@fighterstrong.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where required.
The full Fighter Strong program is unlocked via a one-time in-app purchase processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
All payments are processed by Apple or Google. By completing a purchase, you agree to their respective payment terms. Fighter Strong does not store your payment card information.
Refund requests for in-app purchases must be made through Apple App Store or Google Play in accordance with their refund policies. Fighter Strong does not process refunds directly. If you have issues with your purchase, contact us at support@fighterstrong.com and we will assist where possible.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you may restore your purchase at no additional cost by using the "Restore Purchases" function in the App's Settings. You must be signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

Fighter Strong is for informational and fitness tracking purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Before beginning any new exercise program, consult with a qualified healthcare provider, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or have been sedentary. By using Fighter Strong, you acknowledge that:
Stop exercising and seek medical attention immediately if you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, or unusual pain during a workout.
All content within the Fighter Strong App and website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by Fighter Strong or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FIGHTER STRONG AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@fighterstrong.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any in-app purchase.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will provide in-app notification where appropriate.
