How do I start the program?
Download Fighter Strong, create an account, and do as many dead-hang pull-ups as you can. Enter that number — it's your max rep count. The app generates your complete 30-day program from that single input. Tap through the preview and you're ready for Day 1.
What is the 30-Day Fighter Pullup Program?
The 30-Day Fighter Pullup Program is a daily sub-maximal training protocol used by combat athletes and military units. Instead of grinding to failure, you do five sets per day at volumes slightly below your max, adding one rep per day. Every 6th day is a rest day. After 30 days, your pull-up max will be significantly higher.
What does the free version include?
The free version lets you download the app, enter your max rep count, and preview your full 30-day program. To unlock daily tracking, push reminders, workout notes, and program completion tracking, you'll need the one-time purchase.
How much does the full program cost?
The full program is a one-time purchase of $4.99. There is no subscription, no recurring fee, and no upsell. Pay once and you own it forever, including any future updates to the app.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Fighter Strong, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) you used when you originally purchased. Your purchase will be restored at no additional charge.
Does the app require an internet connection?
No. Fighter Strong works entirely offline. All your workout data is stored locally on your device. An internet connection is only needed during the initial account setup and to complete your in-app purchase.
I missed a day. What should I do?
Life happens. If you missed a single day, just continue from where you left off — do the next scheduled day's workout. The program is designed around progressive overload, so jumping right back in is the right move. If you missed several days, consider restarting the program from the beginning with your current max.
Can I turn off push notifications?
Yes. Go to Settings inside Fighter Strong and toggle the morning or evening reminders on or off. You can also adjust the reminder times to fit your schedule. Alternatively, you can manage notification permissions in your device's system settings.
How do I reset my program?
Go to Settings and tap Reset Program. This will clear your current progress and let you start fresh with a new max rep count. Note: this action cannot be undone.
Can I use Fighter Strong on multiple devices?
Fighter Strong stores data locally on each device — there is no cloud sync in the current version. Your purchase can be restored on any device using the same Apple ID or Google account, but your workout history won't transfer between devices.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, go to Settings → Sign Out, then email us at support@fighterstrong.com with the subject line "Delete My Account." We'll permanently delete your account and any associated authentication data within 30 days.
I'm having trouble signing in. What should I do?
If you're using email/password login, try the password reset flow on the sign-in screen. If you're using Google or Apple sign-in, ensure you're signed into the correct account on your device. If the problem persists, email support@fighterstrong.com and we'll help you out.
