Fighter Strong ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information when you use the Fighter Strong mobile application ("App").

Short version: Your workout data never leaves your device. We collect only what's necessary to provide authentication and process your purchase. We don't sell your data. Ever.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information You Provide

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from those providers.
• Max Rep Count: The pull-up max you enter during onboarding is stored locally on your device only.
• Workout Notes: Any notes you add to workouts are stored locally on your device only.

b) Information Collected Automatically

• Purchase Records: When you make an in-app purchase, RevenueCat (our payment processor) records the transaction. This includes a transaction ID, product purchased, and purchase date. RevenueCat does not share your full payment details with us.
• Authentication Tokens: Firebase Authentication stores a secure token to keep you signed in. This does not include any workout data.
• Crash Reports: If the app crashes, anonymous crash data may be collected to help us fix bugs. This data does not include any personally identifiable information or workout history.

c) Data Stored Locally (Never Sent to Our Servers)

The following data is stored only on your device using local storage and is never transmitted to Fighter Strong servers:

• Your max rep count
• Your complete 30-day program schedule
• Daily workout completion status
• Workout notes
• Program start date
• Reminder time preferences

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Process and verify your in-app purchase
• Allow you to restore your purchase on a new device
• Respond to your support requests
• Fix bugs and improve app stability
• Send transactional emails (e.g., password reset)

We do not use your information to serve targeted advertising, build marketing profiles, or sell to third parties.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the App:

• Firebase (Google LLC): Authentication services. Firebase stores your email address and authentication token. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat, Inc.: In-app purchase management and receipt validation. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fighter Strong or others.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Workout data is stored locally on your device and is retained until you uninstall the app or reset your program.

If you request account deletion, we will delete your authentication record from Firebase within 30 days of receiving your request. Local data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data (e.g., your display name).
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data.
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection: Object to certain processing of your data.

6. Children's Privacy

Fighter Strong is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

7. Push Notifications

If you grant permission, Fighter Strong sends daily push reminders for your workouts. These notifications are generated locally on your device and do not transmit any data to our servers. You can disable notifications at any time in the App's Settings or in your device's system notification settings.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and secure authentication token handling via Firebase. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

9. Third-Party Links

The App or website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we will provide in-app notification where appropriate.
